Account lockout procedure
Accounts may be restricted when there is a security, abuse, payment, or serious rules concern. Staff should record the reason, duration, and any steps required for review.
Review process
• Restriction reason is visible to staff.
• The member cannot use restricted actions while locked.
• Appeals are reviewed by a moderator or administrator.
• Access is restored only after the restriction is cleared.
