Most products available through group buys are digital goods. Because digital content can be accessed instantly after delivery, refunds are generally not available once access has been provided.

If a group buy is cancelled or cannot be completed before the delivery stage, members may receive a refund or store credit depending on the situation.

Replacement Support

If a delivered file or access link does not work properly, we will try to provide a replacement or corrected access when possible.

Time To Report Issues

Refund Abuse

Requests that appear to abuse refund policies, such as repeated refund claims after successful delivery, may lead to account restrictions.

Admin Decision

Final decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or store credits remain at the discretion of the site administrators.
